...since I have been able to update anyone on anything really.

First off, I moved to Iowa for those who didn't know. I moved to be with my boyfriend, who yes, is now my fiance. His family paid for me to get here and I will tell you, Things were not easy.

I had some trouble getting across the border, but I finally did it. A 27 hour bus ride to get from St. Catharines, Ontario to Des Moines, Iowa. It was a long bus ride, but I did meet some interesting people. I left at like almost 5ish I believe and arrived at 3 in the morning a day and half later.

Since I have gotten here, I've been enjoying myself a lot. We are renting a room with a nice older woman right now and looking to get our own place as soon as possible, Likely after the wedding. But we are working on it.

My fiance works and I volenteer at a restaurant for now. Making tips isn't that bad since it depends on the day. Some days are WAY better then some of the other days.

It's been really humid and hot here, but nothing I can't get used too. Culture shock is true here though. Luckily I did live in the country once before so it's not that bad. It's more weather shock then anything else.

And yes, I am getting married. August 15th, this year is the date and some might think it's too early and those who do, please don't comment because I wish not to hear about it.

I've been stressing over the wedding plans, but now that I have the date, I can finally get everything rolling. It's going to be small, but at least it's going to be cheap as well. Which works for me and my fiance.

Other then that, not much has been really going on. I'm just busy busy busy. ANd hopefully, more writing's will be coming along once things start falling into place.
